Kirsten Kratz, one of our regular meditation teachers, is running an eco-work retreat this summer. She says:
“After wonderful and inspiring Sanghaseva work retreats at CAT in June 2014 and 2015, we are delighted to offer again this unique opportunity to combine working outdoors at the ecological flagship Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT) with meditation and reflection in a supportive environment. We will stay in one of CAT’s Eco Cabins as we work onsite to support the community. The days’ activities will be framed by meditation, contemplation and inquiry, and some time each day will be spent in silence. The retreat is open to all, those new to meditation as well as those with experience.”
