FORTHCOMING DAY RETREATS
What to Expect
Online Day Retreats
Our online retreats take place on Zoom. Please arrive in the Zoom waiting room 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Retreats start at 10am, ending at approximately 5pm, and include a lunch break of at least 1 hour. We ask that you commit to staying for the full day.
The retreat will be a day of sustained meditation. Typically the day will include periods of sitting and walking meditation, guidance on meditation, and a dharma talk. There will also be opportunities to ask questions. All retreats are suitable for beginners, as well as those with experience of meditation practice.
We ask that you remain muted during the session, unless you are invited to unmute and speak. We invite you to keep your video on so that we have a sense of community together, unless your internet connection does not support that.
There will be an opportunity to offer Dana to the teacher.
